A Salad Company is all about providing healthy lunch/dinner not just salads that is free from preservatives, artificial colours, MSG, trans fat and, maida on subscription basis.

That is you can place order for 3days or 5days a week or 21 days(in a month) and it gets delivered to your office doorstep for the number of days you have subscribed for.

We are really sorry to disappoint you since its subscription basis and to control quality & standard of the food your lunch/Dinner needs to be ordered before the system cut-off time that is before 11:59 pm previous day.

Yes absolutely we deliver to both offices as well as homes.

 

Yes we deliver our Saturday indulgence Brunch on saturdays  and we dont deliver lunches on sundays except for bulk/corporate/event orders.

Sorry to say that we don’t serve the location if not in the list but hey please share your location details by sending an sms stating your location name and new location alert to 9444791746. Once we are ready to deliver to your location we shall buzz you.

Very simple click on subscribe in the menu option and choose the plan that you would like to subscribe and pay through our secured payment gateway with your Debit card/credit card/net banking.

but sorry since its subscription basis the payment is made in advance through our secured payment gateway which has various payment options.

We do allow COD if our site is down or you are not able to process the payments due to our payment gateway issues.Kindly call us @9444791746 if you face any issues.

Please note

3 days pack is to be used within 1 week

5 days pack is to be used within 10 days

21days pack is to be used within 30 days

If not used within this time period the subscription stands expired and no refunds will be entertained.

Since our food is pre ordered and we don’t entertain last minute cancellations and refunds.

Once the food is sent out it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Please note that we won’t be refunding if you are not available (Not picking calls/ sms/mails) even after reaching your location.

Please inform your reception/security personnel  to collect your food in your absence because once the delivery person leaves your location they wouldn’t be coming back again.

If you would like to postpone your subscription please send us a mail to : hungry@asaladcompany.com before 8:30 am the same day for lunch and 2:30 pm for dinner the same day.

Please understand we don’t entertain food waste.

We deliver Lunch between 10 am to 1:30 pm  – Our central kitchen is in OMR  so the closest people will be getting it at earliest.

We deliver Dinner Between 5 Pm to 8:30 pm – Our central kitchen is in OMR  so the closest people will be getting it at earliest.

Please note that ours is a subscription model hence our delivery would be based on route flow.

Please note that our concerned route delivery person will be calling you when he reaches your location to clarify the route.
